JUAN HERNANDEZ
Juan Hernandez is a classically trained pianist, vocalist, music director, educator, and Director of BeSharp Music School. With over 15 years of experience in performance and music teaching, he has performed in theatres, festivals, corporate events, cruise ships, and live music venues throughout Australia and internationally.
Combining a strong classical foundation with extensive experience in contemporary music, Latin styles, pop, jazz, and commercial performance, Juan brings a well-rounded approach to music education. He believes that classical training provides students with the technique, discipline, and musical understanding needed to excel in any genre.
As both a performer and educator, Juan classically trains his students while tailoring lessons to their individual interests, goals, and learning styles. His engaging and supportive teaching approach helps students develop strong technique, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Jean Jack Dupont
Jean Jack Dupont is an experienced multi-instrumentalist and music educator with over 10 years of teaching experience. A graduate of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where he completed a Master’s degree in Music, Jean has dedicated his career to both performance and music education.
While proficient across multiple instruments, his primary instrument is drums, and he has performed with numerous internationally recognised artists throughout his career. His diverse musical background spans a wide range of contemporary and traditional styles, allowing him to connect with students of all ages and skill levels.
Jean is passionate about helping students build strong technical foundations while developing confidence, creativity, and a genuine love for music. His lessons are tailored to each student’s individual goals, whether they are learning for enjoyment, performance, or formal examinations.
Seung-Ho Han
Seung-Ho Han is a highly skilled multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and music educator with over 10 years of teaching and performance experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Practical Music from Joongbu University in South Korea. While proficient across a wide range of instruments, his major instrument is guitar, and he brings a wealth of experience from both the stage and the studio.
Throughout his career, Seungho has contributed to advertising campaigns for major brands such as Subway and Kia, and has performed and recorded with renowned Korean artists and idol groups. His diverse professional background allows him to provide students with practical, real-world musical skills that can be applied across a variety of genres and performance settings.
Passionate about helping students reach their full potential, Seungho tailors each lesson to the individual goals of his students, combining strong technical foundations with creativity, confidence, and a genuine love for music. His supportive and engaging teaching style helps students of all ages develop their skills while enjoying the learning process.
Emily Carter
Emily Carter is a vocalist, songwriter, and music educator with over 12 years of teaching and performance experience. She holds a Master of Music (Performance) from the University of Melbourne, where she specialised in vocal performance and contemporary music.
As a classically trained and contemporary vocalist, Emily has performed at festivals, corporate events, theatres, and live music venues across Australia and Southeast Asia. Her diverse musical background spans pop, jazz, soul, musical theatre, and contemporary commercial music, allowing her to connect with students of all ages and skill levels.
Passionate about helping students discover their unique voice, Emily combines strong technical training with practical performance skills, creativity, and confidence-building techniques. Her lessons are tailored to each student’s individual goals, whether they are learning for enjoyment, preparing for auditions, developing stage presence, or pursuing formal examinations.
Known for her warm, encouraging, and supportive teaching style, Emily creates a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable challenging themselves and growing as musicians. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys songwriting, recording original music, and mentoring emerging performers.
