Unfortunately, my first experience with this driving school was very disappointing. I followed all the instructions provided. I selected my preferred instructor and lesson date, completed the booking form on the same day, and carefully read the Terms & Conditions, including the payment policy. However, I never received an invoice or any follow-up regarding the payment. Because this was my first time using this school, I was unfamiliar with their booking and payment process. I contacted them by email to ask for clarification, expecting a simple explanation. Instead, I was blamed for not making the payment and accused of not reading the Terms & Conditions, despite the fact that the school had never sent me an invoice or followed up regarding payment. What disappointed me the most was that, even after it became clear that there had also been a lack of communication from the school's side, there was no acknowledgment of this, no apology, and no responsibility taken. Instead, I continued to be blamed for the situation. I found it unfair that all responsibility was placed on me when better communication from the school could have easily prevented the misunderstanding. More disappointing than the booking issue itself was the owner's attitude and the way I was spoken to. Rather than listening to my concerns as a first-time customer, I felt I was treated disrespectfully and without empathy. I have since completed the payment and rescheduled my lesson, but the overall customer service has left a very negative impression. I hope the school improves its communication and customer service so that future first-time customers are treated with more professionalism, fairness, and respect.
