TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Students must pay for the entire term before the commencement of the term, and no lessons will be discounted from the invoice. In some cases, make-up classes may be offered.
For a notified absence, only one catch-up session per term will be permitted.
Make-up lessons will not be provided if you miss a lesson without notifying in advance.
A complete term must be finished once the student has enrolled; no refunds for mid-term cancellations.
Makeup classes will not be counted as credits for the next term.
Students must cancel lessons and request catch-ups through email. No verbal cancellations or make-up requests will be considered.
The cost of a trial lesson is the same as a regular lesson.
Our term dates may differ to the South Australian School Calendar.
Lessons will run during holiday periods and will be charged on the invoice, except during the 3rd and 4th weeks of December and the 1st and 2nd weeks of January. If a student notifies before the commencement of the term about absences due to travelling during school holidays, make-up classes will be offered.
Re-enrolment may be refused if the student misses three or more lessons per term due to reasons different to illness or travel,
The credits for makeup classes expire at the end of each term.
Credits are not transferable.
Each lesson commences and ends at the time of your booking. If you are running late, there is no guarantee that you will be given the lesson in its entirety.
All parents or guardians must be present during the student’s stay on our premises, and no minors are to be left unattended outside of the music classroom.
No food or drink is allowed in the studios or waiting room, especially nut-related foods like peanuts and almonds.
All intentional breakages or damage to BeSharp Music School property must be paid for.
BeSharp Music School is not responsible for individuals arriving or staying at the school outside their scheduled lesson time.
BeSharp Music School is not responsible for individuals wandering in the garden or outside the studio.
